MSI provides state-of-the-art FEA services covering structural, vibration, rotordynamic, thermal, acoustic, electromagnetic, and corrosion applications.  The simulation work is performed for a variety of reasons, including design of components or assemblies, evaluation and improvement of prototype designs, virtual testing and validation of prototype designs, and root case failure analysis.  With in-house supercomputing abilities, MSI can handle the most complex engineering problems from mesh through solution.  MSI specializes in the most difficult technical problems that often include non-linearities such as contact, friction, and unconventional material properties.  Our software tools include ANSYS, LS-DYNA, PTC Creo Simulate (formerly Pro/Mechanica), ROMAC, Siemens PLM Femap, and STAR-CCM+.
