Mr. Marscher has spent his career of nearly 40 years involved in the design, development, and troubleshooting of mechanical components and systems, including pumps, fans, compressors, and turbines. His capabilities and experience include finite element analysis, rotordynamic analysis, experimental modal analysis, vibration testing, predictive maintenance, the mechanical design of turbomachinery, and the development and application of advanced (including magnetic) bearings and seals.
As President, Mr. Onari has extensive experience in resolving rotating machinery problems. His special expertise includes field testing and associated capabilities in instrumentation, data acquisition and analysis equipment, and analysis of vibration and other dynamic machinery data.
As Technical Director, Mr. Kelly performs and manages much of MSI’s advanced finite element analysis (FEA) work. He has also managed several innovative research projects funded by the Department of Defense. His engineering career of 30 years has spanned multiple industries with the common thread being the application of advanced finite element analysis techniques to evaluate the static and dynamic structural performance of components and systems.

As VP of Sales and Marketing, Mr. Olson is a recognized leader in the turbomachinery industry, with nearly 30 years of experience in both technical and business development capacities. His present areas of focus include turbomachinery troubleshooting and turbomachinery design and analysis.
Director of Structural Analysis
As Director of Structural Analysis, Mr. Boyadjis has nearly 25 years of diverse experience in the analysis and design of rotating equipment. An expert user of Pro/Engineer, his specialty is complex 3-D solids modeling of pump and compressor casings for stress and vibration analysis using advanced finite element techniques.
Director of Advanced Instrumentation Systems
As Director of Advanced Instrumentation Systems at MSI, Mr. Platt conducts and oversees a wide range of computer modeling and simulation work, as well as MSI’s advanced turbine sensor NSMS (Non-contacting Stress Measurement System) efforts. He is currently the Principal Investigator on several U.S. Navy and NASA funded programs to develop methods for high speed continuous blade health monitoring for turbine engines.
