Take a closer look at the vibration patterns of a running ATV using the VibVue® Standard Mono Camera and V4.0 software. VibVue® can detect and filter different vibration frequencies, allowing the extraction of multiple Motion-Magnified videos from a single raw video. VibVue® uncovers more than expected, providing deeper insights into vibration analysis.
With the release of VibVue® Version 4.0, Motion Magnified VibVue® videos have achieved new levels of smoothness and clarity. This latest version introduces an array of advanced video customization options, including motion vector arrows that indicate the direction and magnitude of motion in selected regions. Users can also refine their videos to perfection with built-in sliders for adjusting magnification, brightness, contrast, playback speed, and frame rate during export. Visit our website to explore the full range of VibVue® Version 4.0 offerings.
VibVue® 4.0 cameras and software produce videos with Motion Magnification, achieving similar results to Operating Deflection Shape (ODS) testing animations. The difference is that VibVue® 4.0 requires only a fraction of the time, effort, cost, and expertise.
Our VibVue® Standard Color Camera was able to record at 700FPS to keep up with this 20,800 RPM blender (running at ~11,000 RPM or 183Hz) & detect vibration frequencies of 183Hz and 120Hz. Imagine what else you can detect using VibVue® 4.0’s cameras and brand new software platforms with Motion Magnification.
Is that your phone ringing? MSI is calling to tell you that VibVue® Version 4.0 is here with its biggest update ever! Video-based vibration monitoring and analysis have never been easier. Check out all of the exciting new features and changes made to Version 4.0 in our latest blog:

VibVue® Version 4.0 has a new user-friendly GUI, additional features, and new functionality. Check out our blog which goes deeper into what we’ve added.
We all know that washing machines experience vibrations, but it’s almost impossible to tell their nature, frequencies, and whether a problem could arise just by using our naked eyes. By using VibVue® 4.0 Pro’s hardware and software solution, we are able to clearly see where the vibrations are occurring (thanks to Motion Magnification), at which frequencies, and in which directions. In this “daily life” case, we can observe a “soft foot” phenomenon at the bottom left of the base, causing a “rocking mode” of the system. This is another visual example of how VibVue® 4.0 can be implemented in diagnosing vibration issues across various industries.
16,000 RPM (266 Hz) is no problem for MSI’s VibVue® 4.0 Standard Mono Camera and software.
MSI consultants solve difficult or urgent problems of vibration in machinery, taking into account the performance process parameters in critical rotating machinery and systems. MSI’s right-first-time, high-value solutions and clear reports are based on a 30-year track record of reliably solving the problem.
