Mechanical Solutions, Inc. (MSI) provides mechanical engineering services to a worldwide client base for machinery and related structures, biomedical devices, electronics, and specialized government applications by delivering practical and effective solutions rather than simply analysis and test results.

Services include new product development, design audits, specialized mechanical/ fluid dynamic testing including MSI’s effective Time-Averaged Pulse (TAP™) testing method, linear and non-linear 3D Finite Element Analysis (FEA), rotordynamic and bearing analysis, Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis, specialized software development, and troubleshooting of difficult problems.

Applications include turbomachinery for industrial and aerospace services, surgical instruments and implants, circuit boards and other electronic devices, active armor, engines, and munitions.

MSI’s staff includes very experienced engineers with diverse, large company backgrounds working closely with talented younger engineers.  This mix helps maintain a competitive rate structure and ensures fresh ideas, energy, and future company health.

The 32nd Annual Meeting - Vibration Institute
Williamsburg, Virginia

The Vibration Institute will conduct its 2008 National Technical Training Symposium (32nd Annual Meeting) in Williamsburg, Virginia  from June 24 through June 26 at Woodlands Hotel & Suites. The purpose of the Symposium is to provide specific training in practical vibration technology. 

Bill Marscher will be conducting a one-day training course entitled "Pump Design, Vibration, and Pressure Pulsation".  The course will be held on Monday June 23rd in Oak 1 room.
